Norton Fields Wedding, Lily & Chris
Mr. Sunshine had his fascinator well and truly on for Lily & Chris’ Norton Fields Wedding. They couldn’t have ordered better weather. It felt like somebody had put in a special request for Summer to stick around for just one more weekend. And boy did Norton Fields Wedding venue look mighty fine bathed in all that sunshine. It was a proper blue sky day and we even got a dose of golden hour for some beautiful evening portraits amongst the corn and sunflowers.
Not many couples tell you they first met when they were both on the same team for a head and neck dissection competition. This makes a bit more sense when you insert the fact they were also at medical school together. Romance can blossom in the strangest of places! What a story this will be for the grandkids!
Lily & Chris were married in her family Church and then whizzed off in an Aston Martin to celebrate at Norton Fields, Norton Juxta with champers, homemade gin and delicious food created by the super talented Thomas the Caterer.
I’m pretty sure Lily looked a bit different to the dissection day but she’s one of those brides who you know is just beautiful outside and inside every day. Her dress by Rembo Styling was elegant, with delicate lace capped sleeves and open back detailing and her gorgeous red hair was echoed in the warm orange tones of the flowers by Emily Robbins.
We are, as always, so grateful to visit such a fabulous place and meet wonderful people. Thank you so much Lily and Chris for asking us to be your wedding photographers. Here are a few of our very favourite moments from you big day. Congratulations! XXX
